I work in a hotel in a chicago suburb and was wondering if there might be an interest in possibly doing a little show or gathering in the hotel. I would be able to get us a good deal on the sleeping rooms and meeting rooms. Maybe we could get some dealers to come in or we could set up some booths if people want to sell/trade some watches.....Any thoughts????

Time permitting, I'd come visit. I wouldn't want a room, though, I'd just drive home.

With suburban hotels the locale is also important. In many of these suburban hotels (like near the airports) all you have are hotels and their hotel bars. And the eateries have a varying quality ranging from crappy and expensive to pretty nice and expensive.
