Leica L1 watch
I’ve seen a couple of people here are also fans of Leica, like me so I thought maybe you’d be interested in this. Apparently they’re going to be releasing a watch! What do you think??

Love Leica but I'd take a Nomos over that timepiece.

is it also an Audemars Piguet?
Actually wondering if there's some connection to AP or was this just put in the wrong section? |

No relation to AP, just that I’d seen a few people in this section that like Leica (taking photos of their APs with Leica etc) so I thought it’d be ok to put it here… |

Damn. Congrats!! Do you also have a macro adapter? One thing that’s tough about Leica is that from what I’ve seen there’s not really any lenses that focus closer than 0.7m… |

At 9.900 euros starting price well I would really prefer any Rolex, don't see the interest of buying a watch from a brand making cameras, and especially at those prices...

I bought both the 50MM F/0.95 & 75MM F/1.25 Noctilux from Adorama about 2 months ago. The 75MM was the first one they got in on special order and the buyer did not have the money for its I jumped on it.. |

I'm a huge fan of the brand. Had many Leica cameras those last 35 years, mostly M models. Had a R3 Mot, a IIIC, a Leica CL, one M4P, two M6, a M9, and now own a M-P 240 safari 8/9 optics (not counting the macro optics): 16-18-21, 24, 28, 35, 50, 90, 135, R 180 and a apo extender 2x. With a R to M adapter of course. Also had a Digilux one, a Digilux 2 and still have a D-Lux typ 109.
BUUUUUUT, I would not buy a Leica Watch. Not fan of the design and each one its own speciality. |

I take all my pix with an old $75 Sony N2. Your watch pix should be unbelievably amazing. Can't wait.
