Greetings from Tokyo

Hi, greetings from Tokyo!

I am actually getting my first "real" watch in a few days but I am still hesitating between the following choices.

Would really appreciate if you guys could give me your experts' opinions!

1) Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra Thin Calendar
18k white gold case with a black alligator leather strap.
Caliber 891/2-448

2) Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Calendar Meteorite (black)
Pink gold case with meteorite dial
Caliber 865

Thank you very much in advance!

Welcome. I am also torn. I am a sucker for meteorite and love that dial. But I prefer the silver-tone over the gold color. I would probably go for the meteorite because it is unique and unlike most watches.

Welcome. I prefer the white dial and think in the long run the simplicity of the watch would win out for me. Good luck and let us know what you decide.

Both are beautiful and unique pieces.
I'd pick the white face for its eligibility and elegance.
