I watched season one when it originally came out and I liked it a lot but hadn't got around to season two yet. Then I ran across this thread 3 days ago and it reminded me how much I enjoyed season one. So I YouTubed a season one recap, re-watched the last two episodes of season one, and then binge watched season two yesterday and today.

I'll wait until tomorrow to start season three because I want to catch up on some of the world news I've recorded over the last day and a half. Definitely a binge worthy solid show.

Great show. I am doubly blessed that I get to write about the series (and others) for my job!

Laura Linney is a good actress.

In Episode 1 of Season 1, there is a remarkable scene wherein the Cartel throws out Laura Linney's paramour from a skyscraper, and her husband sees the guy falling down. (It's the Aqua Tower in downtown Chicago.)

I couldn't get into season one even though I live in Missouri. I stopped watching but my wife did not. Today I decided to watch an episode of season 3. I think I made a mistake in stopping early.

Solid performance by each character. Can’t wait for S4. It just keeps getting better. Jason Bateman is such an underrated talent.

Watched the first 7 episodes of season 3 in the past two days. I have really enjoyed this series, from the start!
Worth watching for sure..

Catch a recap of season one and two online then join your wife for season 3. I just finished it tonight. Binged all day and got zero done around the house :) Season 3 was my favorite and I'll echo those who said how great Laura Linney's was in it. Jason Bateman was great too but the writers gave Linney's character great stuff to work with and she nailed it.

I'm not sure what's next. I still think The Wire is the best series I've seen so maybe it's time to watch it a second time. I'd better knock a few things off the to-do list over the next few days before committing to anything else though.

Any library with access to academic databases... Most of what I published (academic writing) would be of interest to the hardcore fan, but not the casual fan.

With that said: I've just finished writing a book on The Wire, but that won't be published till later in the year. While not a best-seller style of book, it's a study of Authenticity and Realism as it is presented through David Simon's fictionalised Baltimore that I think would be of interest to the majority of people who love the show.

Finished S3. It is really refreshing to watch a show that continues to deliver past the second season.

Wow, it looks as if quite few of you really enjoyed this too. I don't know about you folks but I get the feeling season 4 will surpass this one based on where things were left.

My fear now is the 4th season getting pushed back further given the current circumstances with no end in sight. My fingers are crossed that they somehow shot them around the same time.

Ozark season 3

SPOILER ALERT KIND OF

SPOILER ALERT

I’m not done with season 3 but episode 9 killed me. The deal with the siblings ....

I have a younger cousin (I grew up with him) so he is like a brother to me. And Ben very much reminded me of him all the way down to the mental issues. I love him more than life but he is the biggest f... up I know.

I hope he never comes across anyone that works for the Navarro cartel.

This show is nuts.

I called that last scene. I knew it was coming. and I loved it.
