I have to say that although the clasp is an obvious mis-match, it does look authentic, as does the rest of the watch, or at least nothing jumps out at me.

The pre-Luminova TT Subs had the plain SS clasp (without Gold). I have one now - a W s/n - that has a plain SS clasp.

Looks just like my x serial, with a damaged dial though

OP, if you don't know than best not to call out. You might damage somebody's legitimate business

Is the dial damaged? Or are those just finger prints on the dial???

Looks like a nice old tritium gen with some dial patina...crown guards are a little over polished.

Grady, surprised you've been her over 10 years and were quick to call the clasp was wrong without doing any research first...

Why is the clasp a mismatch? The older TT Subs didn’t have gold through clasps.

I forgot about that fact when I first posted and I have already admitted such in a previous post.

Shall I wear sackcloth and ashes, too?

I guess I've committed the unpardonable sin by having had a lapse of memory.

Tonight, I shall dig a six-foot, deep hole and spend the rest of my life there, cold, naked and without food or water.
