How much should I spend on a full Service ?

I have a Deep Sea DSSD 116660 with a noisy winding movement. I was quoted $1500 for LABOR ONLY, to do a full service including polishing.
Parts which I understand are extra and don't have an issue with. How much does a RSC or other qualified stores charge for just the labor part ?
Thank you in advance for any insight !

Need picture of BMW.

I think RSC service these days is around $800.

You probably need to define "noisy" as they are all noisy now days with the ball bearing rotor.

At the RSC, movement parts are included in the service, so the only extras might be new cosmetic parts or a crown if it isn't serviceable.

The movement feels gritty for lack of better word, it doesn't move freely. If I don't wind up the watch (20 turns on the crown) every other day watch stops working.

I have an 88 M3 and my other one is a 93 850ci. The new models don't do much for me.

1050 GBP quote here on a routine service on a 2010 sub date. Gave that a pass.

I was told by my Rolex AD watchmaker that they have recently separated pricing for service + polish vs. just service. As of this writing, service + polish is $800. Just service is $650. That is total cost including parts of the movement that need replacing. If you need parts outside of the movement (e.g., dial, hands, bezel, bezel insert, caseback, crown, etc.) those parts would cost extra.
