2 omegas serviced and relumed
all work done by me :)
first is a prebond , full movement service and relume secondly a modern 2254.50 . It had suffered water damage in the past and although it was sent to me for a service a year ago the owner did not want the dial repaired . One week later he stops by and says the dial does not glow . Reason ? water damage. So I relumed it :) |

Great job. I have always been impressed with how bright the lume is on the 2254.

A quality Lume job is HARD! I experimented on a few old dials and never got it quite right.

Thats what I thought...- Where abouts? -
Recently returned from a fabulous cruise out of Venice..and 3 ports of call were Athens, Mykonos and Santorini ...Loved Santorini... !! . . Talking about 're-luming' ... I was wondering, - about people's thoughts of having an older Rolex or Tudor re-lumed...to bring back the lume.... ...or would that be 'compromising' the originality and 'ageing' of an older piece....! Wondering what some of you think...???
