New 15400 Set-up issue
I purchased a new 15400 from an AP boutique and followed the instructions on the AP website to set it up. However, the seconds hand moves for about 5-30 seconds and then stops. Has anybody else had a similar issue and know of a fix?
I am coincidentally in London and Paris this week so will try to stop by a boutique in one of those cities if I can’t solve it. Thanks in advance for any guidance! |

Stupid question, but is it fully wound and have you pushed the crown back in / screwed it down?

If it’s fully wound then it may be a mechanical issue and worth popping into a boutique with.

I’ll take that combined with the quality of the product all day over other brands that don’t stand behind their product or offer shorter warranty periods combined with suspect service centers. Just my opinion
