Would this be correct for a 1970 red sub? I've only seen the coffin boxes with the seahorse and green stripe outer boxes.

1970 Red Sub should be green stripe outer with 67.00.3 inner.

How about the Sea Horse outer box? 1972 to 1975 you think?

From my research, yes. I believe the seahorse started to appear around '70/'71 so there's crossover there.
