Any chance of finding tritium hands for my Tudor 79090

Hi guys

I have a Tudor Submariner, reference 79090, which I love dearly. This watch single handedly shifted my focus from maxi 6 digits to older Rolex/Tudor models. The watch was clearly serviced before coming into my possession and the tritium hands were changed for Superluminova hands (the dial is tritium and dead as a door nail). Realistically, is there any chance of finding a set of tritium hands to replace these? The dial does not yet show much patina, so I don't have to match creamy indices in this case.

Any tips or advice would be great
