Guys, I felt in love with a 62MAS, the watch is incoming next week it will probably need a bit of restoration, what do you suggest me about this watch?
Would you Relume it?
The dolphin in the back is a bit weared but you still can see it, Is there any way to bring it back?

It’s difficult to make a judgment on reluming without seeing a picture. Some dials on these models can be in terrible condition and others are fine as-is.

The only way to restore the caseback is to replace it with an NOS unit and keeping your original stored safely. However I’d rather have the original caseback installed even if it’s worn. That’s part of the charm of a vintage watch in my opinion.

Good luck and post pics when it arrives!
