In the sales forum, people are allowed to reply to their own postings once every 48 hours, which sends it back to the front page to keep it from being buried. So, they’re “bumping” it back to the top.

The "bump" post moves a watch for sale back to the top of the list since it has a recent post. I believe these are only allowed once per day to prevent sellers from constantly bumping their watches for sale to the top.
Edit: allowed every 48 hours as stated by MTBer. |
