Icon20 1st time Rolex buyer... HELP PLEASE!!

I have been reading your forums and think that everyone here sounds great!
I am looking to buy a Submariner 16613 blue w/2-tone bracelet (M or V) as a wedding gift for my fiance. I think I want new so that the warranty will work if needed, and just need some guidance.
I found an ebay seller, DaVinci Fine Jewelers, who has done lots of deals and has an A+ with BBB. They have a new "V" listed at $7250 or you can make an offer.
Has anyone ever dealt with them before?
Do you think this is a good price or should I look elsewhere?
Thanks for any help you provide!

my friend purchased a V serial Yacht Master from Davinci last week he told me it was an A+ Transaction the watch came with all the factory stickers intact . He also told me that he called and talked to them twice before he purchased his watch just to make sure they were legit and was able to make an offer for $500 less than the asking price and by purchasing over the phone with a credit card he was also able to waive the paypal fees

I doubt that you will get a warranty with that seller from ebay.

I would highly recommend the TRF sellers over ebay! There are some great TRF sellers that have been around here for a long time and will sell you new watches. Check out the For Sale section on TRF and the Who's Who section for their references.

Thanks for the help, everyone! I hope you are not thinking that I am a watch store owner! Sorry if it caused any confusion...?
I am actually now considering getting my fiance a Daytona (he snooped in my email and saw something about the submariner). After a lot of talking he fessed up that his ideal Rolex would be the Daytona (white, SS) over the blue Sub. It looks like they run a bit over $9K. Any suggestions with these? I have spent so much time researching the Subs but am not as familiar with the Daytonas (differences in serial numbers/letters?)
I'm trying to scramble money together (the wedding is costing more than I realized), so I might have to hold out for a later gift, but it would be nice to get some info if you all have some. Thanks!!!

I hope I didn't sound like I was trying to promote a store! Sorry to mislead anyone...
My fiance snooped in my emails and found out that I was trying to get him the Submariner (BAD!!!) so we talked a little bit and he said that the Rolex he REALLY wants is the Daytona (white face, SS). I've convinced him that I am unable to make such a purchase as our wedding is costing more than I realized; but I'm secretly trying to sell some things and get him one. Since I have done so much research on the Submariner I am pretty unaware of the Daytonas..
If anyone has any advice about these watches it would help me! I see that they run around $10K (a bit more than the subs unfortunately)... Are there any better Daytonas than others? Serial numbers? I'm going to try to do some research but I have found these forums to be great! Thanks in advance!!!
