Oysterquartz Day/Date time gain

Suddenly my Oysterquartz Day Date has started to run about 5 minits fast per month.
Due for service or just an adjustment?

My GMT is running 20/seconds a day fast or 10 minutes/month fast. I think I'm also due for a service....
