Issues after service

The main spring broke on my 16013, serial 8533XXX after some 32 years of faithful service. I got it back from the jeweler and found that it was losing about 35 seconds per day according to the Kello app on my iPhone. I took it back, they took it apart again, looked over everything put it back on the time grapher and determined the new main spring was the culprit. They replaced the main spring again, kept it for another 4 or 5 days to make sure it was keeping good time and told me to come pick it up...no charge. The problem now is that it is running way too fast. I tried to check it with the Kello app again. It indicates the signal is unstable. I used to be able to hear the tick-tock when I held it up to my ear. I cannot hear it any longer. Aside from the watch needing to be regulated again any thoughts on it being quieter? Also, when winding it manually it is noticeable tighter. Is that normal?
