You need the clasp code like H, DT or if newer then 2011 a 3 digit code.

After closer inspection is says 455B On the shoulders then
Z9 on the rear of clasp
With numbers 78390 on clasp and bracelet has 78350. Does this help to date this ?!

.

455B is endlink for a datejust two tones jubilee bracelet,
78390 is an oyster for Daytona,
78350 is an oyster for an OP ...

the assembly is most reasonably a fake (dated september 97 with z9) ...

Alpino is correct, fake. These numbers will not fit together.

That all makes a lot of sense as this was on a le cheminant watch bought from a Rolex / le cheminant dealer. Watch originally 1984 with leather strap then changed to this strap from the Rolex dealers spares box in early 2000. So it would appear he bodged together several bits to make complete bracelet.
Thanks for info.
