His and hers AP Royal Oaks

We are thinking of getting ourselves Royal Oaks. I think that there a lady’s model that is quartz with diamonds. Is there an available men’s model at 39mm? I think 41mm could be big on my wrist.

Sorry for my ignorance, I have not kept up with AP model numbers.

I had the 39 earlier this year and it looked great on my 6" wrist. I sold it because the white dial was a bit boring for me. Good luck, I think it will look great on you.

We are thinking white

I have a 6.5 inch wrist. Will the 41mm be too big or can I pull it off? I will try them on.

When I was there last year, they had very little in stock. I’d call first.

Unfortunately, if you're looking for SS Royal Oaks (37mm 15450, 39mm 15202, 41mm 15500) you're likely to be just as disappointed unless you have a prior relationship/purchase history.

The NYC boutique has little to no inventory for sale of SS but they do have some floor models to try on. They are great there. Selin is top notch as a sales lady.

I have the 15400 Blue and 15450 Blue and works perfectly.. not sure how easy it will be to source from boutique, but if you go through a grey it should be relatively easy to source both.

Also sourcing the 41 will be easier than the 39 which is a 15202 and does not match to the 37mm which is model 15450

Try the 15450 might be OK sizewise and easier to get than the others.

I have the same size wrist. I did have a 15400 but it was too big. Sold it and got the 15450. The fit on a smaller wrist is much better.

My wife and I were in Taipei a couple years ago at the AP boutique and while I tried on a 15400 ruthenium, she tried on a 15451st with the black dial and diamond bezel. It was the piece that the sales rep was wearing, so it was already sized for a smaller wrist, I'd guess around 6-6.25". It looked really good on my wife and the saleswoman, who are both pretty slender.

I have to say, looking back, I regret not pulling the trigger on both pieces.

41mm will wear a little big. 39mm is good. I have 6.5 wrist and found the 15450 to be the best fit. I had a silver dial and then got a blue dial, so gave the silver dial to my wife. Matching watches!
