Where are all the 126655’s?

I’ve been patiently awaiting for the new YM40 126655 with the everose glidelock and new movement (and coronet between Swiss and made on the dial) to hit AD’s and even the secondary market but haven’t seen any! I got rid of my 116655 because I felt it needed glidelock... now it finally got it but they’re no where to be found?

Also hope the OF Daytonas get glidelock next year.

I’d like to know same thing

I did try on 226659 at AD with one for sale, and it was incredibly comfortable, but a bit too monochrome for me to pull the trigger.

This was the first OF I’ve tried on that fit my wrist, mainly because of the GlideLock on this model, which not only is useful for multiple fine (2mm) adjustments, but also for initial fit, which should save Rolex a lot of bracelet swaps at the ADs.

They are out there but very rare to see. A fellow TRF member tried one on in April 2019 with the new glidelock clasp. (Can't recall if this one was pre-sold)

I am also hoping the new glidelock clasp is offered on the WG Daytonas.

Looks like I have to keep my eyes pealed. I want that glidelock! New movement is just icing on the cake for me.

My Ad received a 116655 last month , so looks like Rolex is still shipping some of the old ones.

That one is awesome , tried it last week at Razny in Chicago and liked it a lot, I always found the RG 116655 a bit small.

Is that at Fourtané?

No, it was in Tourneau in Pentagon City Mall (DC)

I posted about this in a separate thread recently as well. Two separate ADs in SoCal each got a RG OF last month -- saw both when I stopped by and both were the previous reference. Guess they still have some old stock they're still sending out.

Inventory on Chrono24 for this new reference seems to be essentially non-existent right now as well.

Did they increase the size of the OF bracelet for the 42mm WG YM, or is it the same 20mm that the Daytona and 40mm RG YM gets?

I saw one at my AD a few weeks ago. They are arriving slowly. A cool piece. I do own watches on silicone rubber straps, just not a big fan of the oyster flex configuration.

Did see one or two incomings here. That’s definitely one I’d like to add to my collection.

Where are all the 126655’s?

The post earlier in this thread - that was a 37mm YM.

Anyways, I spotted one at my AD this past Saturday. First reported sighting on this board of the updated 126655 I believe. Still none on C24. Must say the Glidelock is a huge improvement.

I heard the glidelock is a bit smaller than the Sub. What was your impression?

A friendly English bloke reviewed the newer models OF Rosegold and Whitegold on youtube. He made quite an interesting point. So far released models equipped with the bigger glidelock clasp all were SS. In softer precious metal these big glidelock versions certainly can be terrible scratch magnets !
I never liked the huge size of the SS glidelock clasps and I have quit big wrists! Who knows if the YM OF glidelock clasps have the same size as older SS sub versions?

Tourneau Pentagon City just got in a brand new 116655 ... and SDGO Fourtane Boutique hasn’t seen a 126655 yet, so glad to know they are coming out.

Tourneau did have a white gold YM 42mm a couple months back, which I posted a picture trying it on back then. The Glidelock is a must, and should be for all sports models.

Agreed, this should've been on all non-diver Professionals 5 years ago the abbreviated Glidelock that is. The DSSD Glidelock should also be on the SD43 at its price point.

It is smaller. Has about half the number of adjustments of the SubC/SD43 and allows for a shorter clasp casing that is closer to the GMT Master in length. Regardless the blades are the same on the underside so fit on the wrist is similar.

Great. I appreciate the info. Hopefully it's released soon.
