Travel Case

Anyone have a travel case recommendation for a Royal Oak Offshore Diver and 15500?

Travel Case

Cheopz travel watchcase
smart design and very high quality
Search for it on amazon I bought 2 and now always use them for traveling
It easily fits my 44mm offshore so should be fine with your 41

I use casebudi. Small for 41mm Large for ROO.

Zip it up and throw in your hand luggage.

Watchpods work pretty well. I don’t know about an Offshore though.

I got recommended a Phase De Lune by.. Tyler1980 I think.

Bought a single watch one, but comes in 2, 3 and 4 as well I believe. I have since used it for my Patek and Rolex with out issue. My wrists are quite small so I found that most watch roll cushions suck as they are too big and cannot be squashed down to my watch size. Phase De Lune however have their cushions designed to accommodate large and small bracelet sizes.

Casebudi for me as well. I usually have a thin piece of cloth (sunglass cleaning cloth) which I wrap around the watch when I put it in the case as well.
Works really well.

I wrap the watches in a micro fiber towel so they don’t rattle around.

I don’t like these cases. They are too open inside with design flaws requiring fixes like this. You shouldn’t need to stick a towel inside if the case is designed right. Those bracelets are way too close for comfort and without the towel it’s like the watches are just loose rattling inside. The little recess the watch sots in is wholly insufficient. There are lots of reviews of this case on amazon with people who posted photos of their watches being scratched after using it. I would avoid this case entirely. Why take the risk?

If you specifically mean a double watch case then I’ve no idea. However, if you are interested in single watch cases then the ones from AP work well.

This is the one that AP’s golfers use:

And this is a case from AP that I’ve had for years. It’s by far the best case I’ve tried. The only issue is that I don’t think they are available anymore, although I may be wrong, so it’s worth asking your AP AD or Boutique.

Yes, I agree, the pic with the watch in is one of my wife’s 37mm ROO’s, but these cases work perfectly for the 44’s as well.

That said, I still prefer the leather case for travel, but the one above when I’m golfing.

Casebud or similar case (comes in several brands) gets my vote too. Easy to close and place in my bag’s pocket. Sturdy. Does not take so much space. Will not scratch the watch. Will do as good (if not better) as more expensive travel cases. I have a white case so easy to spot inside the bag (and ensure it is with me).

I have the identical case, except mine is stamped Patek not AP. I guess Patek and AP outsource from the same leather company.

Do you put your AP in it while golfing and keep it in your golf bag, or do you wear you AP while golfing?

I'm sure this is the norm and doesn't surprise me at all, it makes good sense to buy them in and then brand them. Mine is from way back in 2010 ish, hence not knowing if they are even still available from AP.

AP were very kind and recently gave me a couple of the other style for my wife and a couple for me, and it is one of those that I use in my golf bag, as I wear a watch to the course but I don't wear it whilst playing.

I've got a few, but have found that most fit too tightly for AP or Panerai; no issue with Rolex.

My "go-to" is this single (suede/alcantara) purchased from Bulang & Sons; although I suspect they source it elsewhere. It fits everything well, without needing to cinch the strap down. An unintended bonus is the colors match the CE44.

Anyone have experience with bosphorus watch rolls? I stumbled upon them online and they're relatively inexpensive and look pretty good.

Currently looking for a watch roll for my bedside table so it's easier to pick and wear what's there haha
