New electonic warranty cards
If upon purchase of Rolex the Ad scan the new style card and all the information about watch and purchase date goes directly to Rolex. Do you still need the actual card for warranty repairs.

So many Rolexes change hands after the first owner that the warranty card is still a good thing to hold onto.
