^^^Good Lawd that looks good! What is it seasoned with? I usually just use a little EVOO and some Kosher salt with fresh ground pepper, but it looks like you have more going on than that.

I had some leftover Zaxby's that my kids didn't eat from last night...not even worth taking a pic!

Last night, I grilled ribeye steak and smoked jalapeño poppers all on the Big Green Egg. Tonight, I sliced and reheated in an iron skilled with butter and rosemary. Threw the poppers in the over for a few minutes and we drank some Gruet. Reviews say it's the best American Sparkling Wine but we don't agree. It was good, but not great.

Anniversary dinner tonight at Duo Restaurant in the Highlands area of Denver and it did not disappoint. I had the land two ways and my wife had the sea bass. Both were amazing and we split a flourless chocolate cake and 20 year old Tawny port.

With the day off, I decided to smoke some ribs today. Started by dry rubbing them, the smoked with cherry and apple wood at 250F for 5 1/2 hrs before saucing them with 3 different locally made BBQ sauces. The bend test (looking for cracked in the meat) is the best way to check for doneness. Turned out great.
