First pics/report from Rob (Sleddog) + Trish's visit to Perth Australia
I arrived back into perth on Sunday afternoon and in the evening headed over to meet Rob + Trish at their hotel for a quick beer
 For those that don't know Rob and his wife Trish are over in Oz on their yearly visit from Canada  This is the first time we've met after more than 18 months of TRF internet frivolity   Well..that turned into beers at little creatures then dinner at my favourite local pizza joint  Was a fantastic evening..and lovely to meet such warm people...liked them instantly I was wearing my PAM183 on a new JV strap...Rob was smitten  So...Panera i lovers..we have another who is thinking about coming to the 'dark side' Rob brought his SD and GMT 2C TT as per my request Sorry..no pics on my camera from that night..but they took a couple so Rob will doubtlessly post them when he can. But..I do have a couple of pics from last night when they came over to our place and had dinner with us Simply a TOP evening.... :chee rs:Dinner was cooked by my lovely wife Alison...Pink Snapper on a bed af garlic mash..asparagus + salad.... One or two beers ...followed by a gorgeous Chardonnay with dinner...topped of with some top notch Vodka...TRF..this is what it's all about...meeting people face to face...and discovering new friendships Rob and Trish..you are lovely Tomorrow night is the main GTG - will be attended by 10 +....restaurant right on the beach...it's going to be fantastic There will be LOTS of pics from that..but here are a couple from dinner at ours last night.. OH...and Rob wore my DSSD all evening..and I sported his GMT2C TT.....I think we may both have found our next purchase   Rob found the DSSD to be extremely comfortable...and it looked awesome on you mate and YES: I'll admit..he found a sticker Rob + me:  Trish + our little boy Shaylan - he simply adored her   Rob + my DSSD     Rob + Trish + Alison (my wife) + Shaylan (my son):

Thanks for posting Dalip. Well Rob, finally get to see you larger than Avatar size. Are you sure you are not related to Dan / Spuds? Seriously, nice that you all had the family pre-GTG. Look forward to the shin-dig docu-photos soon! As nice as the photos are / will be, the fact that Rob may come to the dark side (Panerai) tickles me to no end!!! Good on ya Dalip for the conversion tactics!
