Thanks for posting this as I am considering a sub no date. Currently have the YM42 and love it. Can’t recommend enough.

This is one of my favorite pieces in my collection. It's extremely comfortable and just looks amazing.

I tried many times to trade this Rolex, but I Can't do it. It is so comfortable and with the Glide-Lock so easy to switch from cold-left-wrist to cold-Right-Wrist and then to hot-left-wrist and Hot-right-wrist. In actuality, I use three locations on the Glide-Lock for both wrists...

Often times, aside form the heft well-weighted heft, I don't even know it's on my wrist...

And the Stealth wealth, is just icing on the cake...

Post up some pics of Your YM42

This model is really growing on me. I didn’t realize it came with a glide lock clasp which is a game changer.

I have to agree with the comfort and adjustability factor. Just the right amount of sparkle and glow in the sun.

In terms of circulation, are the WG 42mm YMs (black dial not falcon eye) considered fairly ‘rare’? I have only seen it once over the last year on exhibition. On trying it on, it was near perfect. I noticed this appears to be selling under list price currently, is this due to PMs generally being under list at the moment? One of the most attractive Rolex models currently and would love one!

They are not rare.

It's under list bc:
- YMs aren't a 'hot' model
- WG is less desirable

I agree the YM42 WG is an incredible watch.
-PM and not flashy
-Under retail
-Legible dial
-OF strap

Amazing!

This thread needs more pictures of this beauty.

Any more owners out there?

How has ownership been?
