My wife thought there was no way a BGE could make a difference, all it took was one cook and she had to admit the food was better and more moist than our gas grill. I love doing pulled pork and ribs on the egg.

50/50 for me. That's what I like so well about it, the versatility. Low and slow to hot and fast. Steaks, burgers, chicken, whole turkeys, ribs, pork butts. Pizza is next on my list in the spring.
