Member Ohlins has one of the best tutorials I seen on the Daytona/GMT IIc clasp. Due to the lack of external adjustment holes I would go to an AD if you're not comfortable adjusting it. The scratch factor can be high.

When i have spent $9975 plus tax minus discount on TT YM MOP, you better believe i am not going to tinker trying to adjust my watch band and risk messing it up. I go straight to the AD i bought it from. That is the one of the reasons i bought from him in the first place.

You don't really say if you have the leather band and clasp, or the bracelet and clasp
The late Daytona clasp is a work of art, but it does not have the micro adjustments the older models have. However, it does have 3 recesses inside the clasp that the end pin can be moved to, and it does have a micro link available wo yo can get a perfect fit. To move the micro adjustment pin you need to release the clasp end link spring pin similar to taking the bracelet off. |

I would also definately advice letting the AD do this for you.
@ Mike and Larry: Nice links / pics!
