Sky Dweller; is this too big for me?

I think I really like it, but is it too big?

I think it looks fine. The lug to lug doesn’t seem to hang off the wrist.

I'm just gonna be that guy and be brutally honest. The close up on your wrist looks great.. It's a Rolex watch after all and a very attractive model. The body shot with your arm extended, it looks way too big and that's how most people are going to see it if that's what you care about. That said, it appears as if it's sitting on your wrist bone. After you size the bracelet, it would sit further up and might not look as bad. I'd take that picture again with the watch in its intended position.
At the end of the day, it's a fairly big watch and your second picture looks like you're wearing a table clock on your wrist.
If you can enjoy the watch and don't care how big it looks on your wrist - go for it. You may or may not have buyers remorse later as well as this nagging thought of whether it's too big of a watch for your wrist.

Eh, a bit too big for my liking. Might just be the angle of the pic or the fact that the bracelet is unsized. But, it is your wrist, your image of yourself & your money. I'm just a guy on the internet.

Pictures are difficult but it looks too large to me. Check out something in the DJ lineup and save enough for another watch.

You wonder if a Yachtmaster or TT Datejust would be the safer choice. Thanks for your response!

I wish the AD would size it for me! I may make them do that before purchasing.

What model would you call the dressiests to wear in more formal occasions?

The traditional thought is a DJ probably with a fluted bezel. However, I’ve seen suits sporting Subs, Daytonas, Deepseas, and GMTs. It’s all about you and how you wear it.

I think it’s ok and I also feel like the camera makes all watches look bigger. I see pics of 34mm watches and I think that looks fine but when I put it on I feel like it looks too small for my tastes

I guess a question of how big of a guy are you? I wear one every day but I’m on the larger side of life at 6’2 280.

have

Have to agree looks fine in the first pics but the third if adjusted behind the bone it would be fine. I wouldnt worry though its all personal experience. The new style skydwellers are a little deceptive because their bracelets are slightly larger. But I wouldnt sorry ive sold Datejust ii to ladies whoes wrists are so small all adjustable links needed to be removed!

IMO it looks a bit too large for your wrist.

One suggestion would be to wear it higher up on your wrist and see how it looks then

It’s been a great purchase absolutely love it. It wears easy and I’m very glad I bought it over the datejust, just more fun to wear!
