They all seem to follow the same pattern, Water, electric, gas and not forgetting those b@st@rds the cable companies.
Why do they always turn up at the most inconvenient time, bloody rush hour, to start digging up the road. By the time they have messed all the traffic and brought it to a standstill by laying out the cones, and “men working” signs,(thats a laugh) it's time for them to bugger off home, leaving the traffic to sort it's self out.

Next day: zilch sweet sod all,and all you can hear is snarled up traffic. And the obcenities the drivers are screaming to each other. All Bloody day this goes on with no sign of any work, then a fecking miracle, at about 3.00pm a van turns up and two blokes, set about erecting the tea tent. Sod the tea tent, for fecks sake at least start digging, the trench.Then after making sure the bloody tent is firmly fixed, and suitable for it's intended purpose (that's right the tossers actually made their bloody tea in it) they finally started the job they were there to do.

No, not to start digging the f-----g trench, but to erect traffic lights to supposedly help ease the traffic flow. A pair of retards from the local asylum could have got the bloody job done quicker. This pair of idiots took twice as long to get the light sequence right, as it took them to put up the tent, make the tea and erect the lights. Finally this pair of no brainers have got it all working and bugger off, this is around 7.30pm on a Friday.

They don't work on weekends so the chaos continues, b@st@rds.

Why the hell don't these council men start on a Monday, at least they would stand a chance of getting the trench dug and the job done with the minimum of disruption.
What a idiot I am, fancy thinking these pricks will be here for a whole week, not a chance, they do a days work then sod all for the next two, finally finish the trench on a Friday.

Then following Monday, British Gas turn up, retire to the tent for a couple of hours only to emerge looking at their watches,(must be all WISis) and decide it's time to go off for breakfast. Two hours later they're back and finally start working, by now every one in the local village is tearing their hair out in frustration, Even the local chavs are getting pissed off, and they only have to visit the dole office once a week.

Three and a half weeks it takes these ars#holes to do a job that could have been done in one, nearly every one in the village is screaming at the local council to chase the work up.
But it all falls on deaf ears, why, because none of the fecking councillors live anywhere near the village and so they don't give a toss.

They finally finish whatever they were doing (no one ever found out what) and bugger off leaving the village in peace again.
And today some bloke is nailing a notice on the trees, apparently the local water company are going to dig the same bit of road up and are sorry for any disruption this will cause.

AAAAARRRRGGGGHHHHHHH Rant over.

If you think all that you've written is bad, pay a visit to Bombay and you will be blown clean out of your mind. Some of the footpaths are so badly dug up that they look like trenches from WW2. Ask Subail about it....he'll confirm.
