Looks good. I like that they put out a blue version w/o the gilt dial and bezel. I really like no red triangle. Sharp looking 58 but unfortunately too small for me so I will have to pass.

I like the watch and the 58 as a line. It is too small for me but can appreciate it from afar.

How big are your wrists guys? It wears exactly the same as a 5 digit Sub. I have a 7 inch wrist and it's perfect for me but I have also seen it on 7.75 inch wrist and it looked good to me. I think for me the thickness is as important as the lug to lug and diameter.

7.75" range here. I used to have a 5 digit GMT and traded it in for my current SD43 which fits more the way I want it too. I like a little thicker watches with wider bracelets. I have a Tudor GMT which fits great. If you like the fullsize Black Bays it makes the 58's look kind of small. There's no right or wrong answer since its all personal preference anyway. Here is how the 43 mm SD with 22 mm bracelet fits me. I'm pretty happy with it and would have a tough time wearing a 39 mm watch at this point.

I'm w/ you Mike. The larger modern Tudors fit my 7.25" wrist perfectly. Never thought of them as thick either.

That SD43 fits you perfectly! I can see how the 58 might be a bit slight compared to that. I'm one of those people who don't mind quite different sized watches from 34-44 but I guess 40mm is the sweetspot. I can wear the BB41, Tudor GMT and Heritage Advisor and 58 ok. Enjoy the SD43 - love the red text and the bezel.

Thanks Goose! A lot of it has to do with the shape of the wrist. A flatter wrist like mine has more surface area to eat up a larger watch. A rounder wrist may do better with a 38-40 mm watch. My wrist is 1/4-1/2" bigger right now with summer and eating too damned much during this virus thing Uggggg

The 41mm Black Bays are just as much at home on my wrist as my 44.25 mm Omega. Definitely a good size range of what works for people.

It's real. I got a call from my AD last night asking me to call him with CC in the morning to pickup on Thursday.

Not for me, but understand the allure. A BB58 GMT would be boss!

Just purchased the new Blue BB58 from AD and pickup Thursday. USD $3,700 + tax

They are under strict instructions not to release the watch before Thursday (I asked of course) and also they are not allowed to send pictures to clients before the release. (Will all ADs follow this? Who knows)

Blue Dial. Blue bezel. No date.

So question...anyone have any strong feelings between the faux riveted bracelet and the blue leather with white stitching?

It's OK - to be honest I find it a bit pedestrian (although the longish p/r is nice) and too small. The faux rivet bracelet kills it imo - much better with a strap option.

But happy days if you want a small, blue, vintage-style diver with no crown guards or date.

Bah. I just want a burgundy. It's just a bezel. C'mon Tudor, just make a burgundy bezel insert.

It was a no-brainer that we'd see other colourways for the 58. The only question is whether we eventually see all the BB variants. A champagne-dial S&G would be an instant purchase for me, but I don't know if the original did well enough for Tudor to bother.
