Sizing a navitimer bracelet

Hi all, I just picked up a Navitimer a23322 and am struggling to size the bracelet. For most of the links it is easy enough for me to unscrew and get to work on the puzzle. But for the ones closest to the clasp there are screws on both sides and even when trying to hold both I just wind up going in circles. Anyone have any tips or particular tools that can help me?

I just sized a Navitimer at work the other day. Most of the links are held together with cap screws and an internal threaded female screw. The links near the clasp use double ended screws and using a double ended screw removing tool block makes the job much easier. Here's a link to an example of that tool. Good luck!
