I think the 14060 will give you many more years of enjoyment. After the Sub, the “next” best NATO strap watch is the 16570 Explorer II with black dial. It’s also slightly cheaper and slightly thinner, so that may be something to look into for the OP.

With all due respect to tudors and Tudor owners (me), this choice is intuitively obvious to the casual observer.

Also consider the aesthetics. I personally just cannot get past that hour hand on the Tudors no matter how hard I try. Otherwise, I think they are fine pieces to add to a collection. They would be great to wear casually and out on the lake where you might not mind getting sunscreen on it, but you know it will survive any kind of beating you can subject it to. They really are great watches. Rolex would not put out a subpar piece even under a sister brand name.
Nothing replaces a Rolex though, if that's what you really want. Why settle for something you don't want? Nobody is forcing you to do anything at all. I would just sit tight and wait for what you want. There's more important stuff to focus on right now. Just my two cents. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk |

BB58 is a nice one to have but there's no substitute for a 14060M. Get on board, the sooner the better. Their not going to get any cheaper being out of production for ten years now.

I also have 6.5 inch wrists and didn't like the position of the clasp with all links removed (14060). I reversed the bracelet and that fixed the problem. It took a little while to decide if i was ok with the look but got over it pretty quick.
