Cheap "travel" watch box

If like me you haven't got money to splash on a nice travel box as it goes on the watches (and straps), you can make your own!

I made mine out of an old Otterbox I used to hold junk in, and some foam from one of my many large pelican cases I have accrued over the years. I have seen boxes like these in thrift stores all the time if you are wondering about availability. I used a knife to surgically cut the foam out

I don't care about aesthetics in this case (pun intended), just about the safety of the watch. This ticks those boxes, sturdy on the outside and some good protection on the inside.

Used some of my "cheaper" watches to test
