DSSD Discount
Hello everyone,
The DSSD bug has bit me and Im looking to purchase this beast. I was offered one for 20% off MSRP at my AD. Has anyone received a better discount on this watch? Im hoping for 25-30% off MSRP at any of your AD's. Thanks |

Ive read a few members have gotten much better discounts from AD's due to the current market. Has anyone gotten better than 20% off msrp on a DSSD?

I'd say 20% off is very good. ADs in Singapore are not giving any discount anymore, although they did go as low as 10% off earlier this year. Good luck!

I'd agree that 20% off is a very good deal. I seriously doubt you'll score a 30% discount, but you could try for 20% and no sales tax. Either way you're going to love the Deepsea!

I'd say 20% off a SDDS is an excellent deal . You can get more discount but on less popular and more expensive models . Difficult to get more on SS ones . Go for it , I would . I only got rounded off price at around % on mine about a year ago .

Sounds like you're in the right place at the right time on that deal. I haven't seen anyone posting that they've been offered that kind of deal on the DSSD recently. Look forward to the photos!

I just saw one at a gray dealer for 15% off so based on that (plus the posts above) I would think that 20% off at an AD is a pretty good deal.

I was at an AD that was going out if business and they had it marked to $7K. I think 20% sounds like a good find.

I think 20% is what you can expect from a good AD.

Got mine for $7395 with no sales tax in early November. Anything under $8 grand is a good deal IMO.

Went to my AD in Indiana on Sat and they were short of "premium" watches. Not much discount there on Sub's, GMTIIC's OR DSSD's. He said to replace a GMTIIC he would have to take two or three lower margin watches ie. Datejusts, Air Kings, Explorers, Ladies DJ. He had several open spots in his display due to the Christmas demand. I was looking at a Sub and when I started talking a discount, he was quick to let me know it wouldn't be up to my expectations.
Good Shopping to you! |

25-30% of off MSRP is ridiculous; I say if you see 10% you're lucky. Then again, I live in New York.

I've looked at the DSSD here for a long time. They've only sold a couple... They didn't offer any discount, so shopped here on TRF for mine.
That sounds like a great deal IMHO. Good luck and let us know how you make out.

YEP 20% off at an "AD" is a solid deal today....if you are not looking at grey dealers or 2nd hand; best do it now before it slips away.........enyoy the purchasing experience at the AD and share some pics....
