No Rolex, but good deal on a Omega Seamaster

Hello all, I visited a boutique in Las Vegas (of course no SS models to be found) but the sales rep gave me a good deal on a Omega Seamaster. $4,000 out the door. Anyone recommend this timepiece? Is it a good buy? IMG_1137.jpg

So far, it seems to be a big hit with the TRF community. Seems like a good offer.

This is the older model of the Seamaster which can be found for roughly $3,200 from trusted grey market sellers.

If $4,000 for the new model Seamaster then yes, good deal.

I thought so. I think I’ll wait and be patient for a Rolex

Many, many watches out there as good as, or better than a Rolex. Buy a Rolex if you want, but your comment is a bit confusing...
BTW, check out the new SM. That might change your mind

The new SM Diver 300m for $4k is a good deal and it’s a great watch. I like it as much as the subC, to which many compare it. Lots of good photos and comments in the threads on this sub forum

Oops! Other respondents are right! This is not the latest, greatest model that I thought it was. No, I don't recommend purchasing this watch.

If it had the wave dial. Without-the charm and claim to fame is considerable lessened.

It’s a beautiful watch. Classic look. You could have got it for cheaper but whatever.

That's the older model, I bought that brand new from a high street AD in UK last year for UK RRP which was £2700 ($3400)

So would say you have overpayed quite a bit on that!

I'm wearing mine now, its my main daily watch.

If it is a Omega Seamaster 212.30.41.20.03.001, I paid $2,775 delivered in June 2017 from a grey.
