Wow! Thanks for posting this one. I was not aware of it but just did a brief google and it looks like a really interesting pen!
Titanium and ceramic and what looks like a filling system similar to Parkers old and wonderful Vacumatic. I love that it has a custom filling system instead of the Standard CC system (nothing wrong with that, it is one of my favorites!) and the 18k nib finish is wonderful. I would love to handle it and give it a go and for a limited edition the price is not bad at all, especially with that intriguing filling system! I notice as well like a lot of fine quality pens it has an ebonite feed so all the ingredients are there for a quality fountain pen. I did find this review of the pen. http://amateureconblog.blogspot.com/...d-inkwell.html |

Holy mother of god!
It's certainly...unique...but is it practical? In my experience, most people like lighter pens since the extra weight can be uncomfortable. I hope this thing isn't too heavy. That ink-bottle sure looks interesting, though. I'd love something like that. |

2200 Swiss francs equals ~$2055 USD. A pricey pen!

Beautiful pen. I would love to have one. But, $2,000? Not sure I would ever pay that for a pen. But I really do love that pen

Indeed, but thats just Hublot infact, i don't think Hublot sells anything under $1000 dollars. Just couple weeks ago i priced the ceramic bracelet for my Big Bang and just a bracelet from Hublot is $4500 dollars. lol

John, I agree there are plenty of other pens to satisfy my cravings before purchasing a $2000.00 USD pen!!!
