Keep it simple. Let go of the black Ceramic- trade for the white one as that’s the one you’ve always wanted. You will love the white face Daytona I’m certain.
Read up more on the snoopy as although it’s always your decision but letting go of the black for the white seems a better proposition

And just wait until you have to wind it up.

In any event my Daytona wins by miles.

And this from a Speedy owner.

Offer for Watch for watch trade was not accepted, so for the moment I am not planning on putting a single dollar to trade for the snoopy. Looking now to trade for a white dial daytona, or a white gold daytona blue dial. Keep you posted.

Also received a call yesterday from my AD for another watch I was looking for, they have one for me I will go Check it out today. It is a deep sea James Cameron, maybe that one will calm the itch I have? Maybe not, will see.

Seems like the planets are in alignment and you were trading with someone who isn't a Rolex fan. Congrats on the JC DSSD!!!!

It is beautiful, but not crazy about it. The thing discourages me the most is it is heavy, very heavy. And fitment is not great because it is thick.

A friend tells me with time I will get used to it, but not sure after trying it on.

On the other hand if I found a white daytona ceramic or a skydweller I would not think about it, just purchase it on the spot. That is the reason why I don’t take the plunge with the deepsea. Not seeing myself using it a lot, and I don’t buy rolexes for collection, only for use.

I don't understand why you don't just trade the black dial + cash for the white dial that you want. Surely you must have a dealer somewhere near you, or on this site, that would be willing to do it if the price is right.

Hello, I don’t live in the USA, I live in Peru, South America, and not many offers/trades can be found as quick here. And won’t be traveling to the USA in the short term to make a face to face transaction to look over there for options.

And I have been told I am a year +- away from getting my spot for the white Daytona. Not In rush really.
