I find it is a bit like a magic eye, I spent a good 20 minutes looking for it and just couldn't make it appear. Then sometimes you get your eye in and spot it immediately.

New Rolex models like the 116500 now have an extra circle within the circle of the crown, denoting a crystal with antireflective treatment.
