New to Panerai - 8" wrist good for Luminor?

I'd hate to drop $5k+ on a watch that won't fit me well. I do see some smaller writs shots of people claiming they have 6.5 - 7" wrists rocking a Panerai.

I have an 8-8.15 inch wrist and was wondering if anyone has any wrist shots if they have similar measurements as myself. I am 5'7" tall as well.

I am also left handed... I feel like I should navigate towards the destro models due to the crown guard since I wear my watches all on my right hand.

Any help would be much appreciated... I am definitely leaning towards a 44mm Panerai Lumior of some kind. Feel free to share some of the 47mm Panerai models if you have wrist shots as well.
Thanks all!

My wrist is 7.25 and I daily a 47mm Pam 1305 with no issues. When I switch to me Deepsea, it feels small and sometimes I wonder if it's really 44, a Sub will feel tiny now. A 47mm Panerai should be more than at home on an 8" wrist.

at 8 inches, you can likely wear just about any watch up to 50mm lol

Pam 47mm should be fine on 8" wrist. No worries.

You'll not have any issue with 47mm.

I love my PAM1305. One of my favorite watches on my 7.5" wrist; it is definitely my largest watch that I wear on my wrist, and I just love it.

I concur, I had the choice between the 1389 and 1305 and chose the 1305, it’s aesthetics seem more clean and neutral for various straps plus I love the look of the greyish titanium color and the ti bezel gives you more of that. Just that’s my opinion.

8 inch wrist here. I usually have used the 44mm luminor models such as the 352 and 104 and they always looked great on the wrist. After reading other comments, think I’ll have to try the 47mm. I require 10 post to share my wrist shot with my 352. Since I can’t, check out my IG if you’d like: cashpropertiesdirect

Rocked them on my 7" wrist with no problem. Going to need XL straps though in your case.

Watch arrived a couple of weeks ago. I am in love with it! I think it was a wise decision for me. I think the 47mm may be a bit big as this one looks like it is pushing it.
