Fit red GMT hand on GMT IIc?

Hello everyone,

I'm thinking about getting a GMT IIc, but prefer the red GMT hand of the previous model to the green hand of the ceramic one.

Are the hands interchangeable?

What is your opinion of such a "Frankensteinian" transplant?

(I do not mean to offend anyone )

Take care,
Christian

I don't think it would look that great with the green text on the dial ... but what do I know...

At first I thought it would look great until I read the post above. I forgot about the green text...

Thanks for the perspective guys. I've decided to stay with the green, should I get one. Have fun! C.

could be a good xmas gift... you should just get a 16710 if you like the red, try to find one with the 3186 if the newer movement is that important to you
