File down edge of case on 6 digit GMT case

So I purchased a CHNR last year and wear it all the time. Issue I am having is that the bottom edge of the case is very sharp and sometimes digs into my wrist. Has anyone filed this edge down to make it smoother? If so where can I take my watch to get this done?

I know some will say it is hearsay to do this to your watch but it is my watch and I plan on keeping it for the long haul and I just want it to be comfortable.

First ever, “Do these edges look too sharp?” Thread.

Sorry I can’t imagine what you mean, I have never experienced this phenomenon?

Is the watch just too tight?

Interesting query, ... I actualy have the same issue with my sub. It does not bother me THAT much but it still does. i guess it is to do with the size and shape of the wrist, too.

Anyone else around with the same experience?

I could be wrong, but didn’t someone send their six digit Submariner to ABC back in the day to have them re-profile the case?

I can’t seem to find that thread ....
