Really? USA? I’m going to be frustrated if I have to wait much longer on my watch with a full deposit at an OB if I could already have it at retail elsewhere…hmm.

I've been so sick of Rolex's waiting list, without any deposit then any guarantee (even if it ended successfully with the desired piece) that I'm rather happy to pre order and just wait to the piece to be delivered. I think it will be much quicker than we could expect, no need to rush over msrp.

DavidSW will DavidSW wherever he can.

I wonder if half the buyers are posting their ads while walking out of the Omega Boutique

They are a few k over retail on Chronograph24, DavidSW is being DavidSW . Hopefully Omega will churn them out like there is no tomorrow, and take advantage of the launch hype

Maybe Omega should only produce white dials for the next 6 months. This way they can take advantage of the hype and create some (minor) scarcity with the classic black.

Just got on the list at my AD. I’m 13th on the list. They said to expect arrival around June.

Sheesh. Ads seem to get slower stock. Mayors in Florida indicated to me today that they haven’t delivered a single one yet.

I think i shall simply wait until i can walk into an AD and try it on and purchase it on the spot and hopefully with some discount, as where i am located the discounts are very few and far between.
There's no point in getting caught up in the hype.

I saw one at an Omega Boutique. It really is a great looking watch. The white enamel dial is very cool looking, there’s a little more depth to the dial visually ( vs the black) with the recessed sub dials. I was surprised that the white dial did NOT make the watch face appear larger ( as white dials often do ) vs the black. I’m generally not a white dial guy but this watch is REALLY well executed IMO.

It's not enamel. It's a lacquer dial.

I was told by mine to expect delivery in July.

OB’s are getting priority allocations of this watch over ADs for now.

Oof. An AD, then?

My deposit is at a boutique. First purchase there. Was told 1-3 months on 3/8 when I paid. Hoping by Memorial Day I’ll have it.

I agree with this 100%. I had the opportunity to try the white dial Speedmaster on a couple of weeks ago and was also really surprised by the size of the watch. I own a calibre 321, which I don’t wear because I think the watch looks too big on my wrist - the white dial seemed like a perfect size however, despite being 42mm.

The watch is fantastic IMO - the dial is beautiful and unlike a lot of chronographs the legibility is excellent. I’ve put my name on this list, so hopefully won’t have to wait too long!

The 321 sits very high on my wrist and feels awkward, the 3861 sits much lower. For me it’s the near perfect watch for me.

Nice my SA just confirmed she can get it for me from their buyer network. Have to buy it up front and several months delivery estimate but that works fine for me, so add one more to the clump of people picking up this new reference.

I just picked mine up white dial Speedy, and I am over the moon (pun not intended, but also kind of intended). This watch is killer!

Saw one and I have to say, it looks great. It definitely exudes quality and the dial/case have a nice size with eye-catching depth and details. Crystal and caseback are beautiful. Overall, very well executed.

I got mine pretty quick... I asked my Omega boutique in Singapore as I wanted to browse for a few models and then they said: oh, we received one white speedy today we can allocate to you.

Great watch, love the dial and it complements my speedys (57, snoopy 50th, classic hesalite, white 'craig').

PS: I shared my interest for this after launch, and been told 12 months wait list. so this has changed quickly... go grab it at retail price or wait for it to drop on grey (which I guess will do rapidly in the next 2-3 months give the new supply)
