My first Day-Date!
Been longing for one for a while but always bought something newer in the end because i was afraid of buying "vintage".

This time, i did my homework as well as i could and ended up with this R-series 18038. I specifically searched for a 18038 because of the sapphire and single quickset.

Hope you like it. I know i do. I got that "First Rolex"-feeling once again and it feels so good.

This dial was replaced (and I paid for the discounted replacement) when my watch technician scratched my dial while cleaning it, it's similar to my old dial but a bonus it comes with original hands
