There is a company in New York City, New York called the Fountain Pen Hospital and they usually have most of their "Retail Stock" discounted(between 10% to 20%). On many brands you will need to send them an Email because they can not list them in their catalogue or list them online as having a discount. Then once or twice a year they will have big sales and that's when it's easier to pick up new writing instruments. There Email Address is( www.FountainPenHospital.com ). They also have used pens that people have traded in and also used Vintage pens...so check them out.....

Also MontBlanc Boutiques, at least here in America, run sales twice a year on selected items only...as in not a store wide sale!!! Usually once in the Spring and once in the Fall and they will have selected writing instruments, ink and other selected accessories on sale. So if you do have their Boutiques located in some of the larger cities I would suggest calling them to see when the Fall sale is going to be!!!

Take care.....Leo

Lion, It's a lovely place to buy pens and it's authentic that's the best part and the prices are quite reasonable they are charging for the pens, next time will surely buy pen from the Fountain Pen Hospital as it's one of a thing , never seen anything like it before .

You of course are entirely welcome...I'm just glad to be of assistance. And of course knowing you have family in Pittsburg they can always order and purchase your pen "Needs" and then ship them to you overseas!!!

Take care.....Leo

Of course the choice is yours to make but did you ask them if they could do the favor for you? You could always give them money for a nice dinner out to repay the favor!!!

I too also enjoy talking with you and everyone else here who enjoy writing(or printing)with fine instruments instead of texting/Emails. It surely is slowly becoming extinct in these current times especially with most everyone having a "Smart Phone."
