The chnr is the more attractive watch and I’d even say more reserved

I'd say the CHNR is a relatively more subdued reference with the lovely closer to flesh tone Everose gold which is a more personal pleasure. Whereas the brighter red against blue bezel along with the multifaceted Jubilee braclet most certainly catches and reflects more sparkles of light than the smoother oyster. Just go to an AD and try on a DJ41 with a Jubilee and Oyster braclet (look into a full body mirror while moving your wrist around and you will see). BTW I'm starting to think more of getting a CHNR instead of the BLRO. Good luck in your decision. Cheers!

It seems ridiculous for me to suggest one can’t compare the two, but I really think these two are totally different watches living in the same case and bezel. The colors of the BLRO suggest a casual watch. The CHNR color combo with everose suggests elegance. I think they’re unique enough they can easily coexist in a collection.

I don't think I can help here they are both so nice in different ways. Just get both! I'm considering all three (+ all RG) so how is that for enabling? 🤯

Both are beautiful but I’d have to go with the BLRO. I happen to think the jubilee is refreshing in the GMT lineup.

Such a great thread. Two beautiful watches, one third say the BLRO is more flashy, one third day the CHNR; one third say both and half say neither. Only one way to settle.

Don’t like the Jubilee and really digging the root beer, so that’s how I would go if buying on gray market, but if offered both by AD, id take Pepsi all day long and buy subC Glidelock bracelet and still have money left over.

I suppose that both are about equal in terms of flashiness, which is to say that neither is very flashy but more so than a steel Rolex on an Oyster bracelet. The Jubilee bracelet and red of the BLRO catches the eye a bit but so does the rose gold of the CHNR. Still, the CHNR is definitely the least flashy two tone Rolex I've seen and the rose gold with the brown bezel looks really gorgeous.
I like both watches and think both could easily exist in a collection. If you're only choosing one, I think it would depend on what you were going to wear it with. If you dress casually in jeans a lot, the BLRO is the obvious choice but if you wear mostly business casual with browns, tans, grays, and purples, the CHNR would be a better match. |

The BLRO stands out more because of the red and blue bezel

They're both flashy in their own ways. If I had to choose one, I'd go for the CHNR.

BLRO is more flashy in my opinion.
Originally liked the BLRO, maybe because of all the hype but the CHNR is quickly growing on me and I'm caring less for the BLRO |

Not a fan of jubilee bracelets on “sports” models. Think they look great on just dates and or day dates.

Assuming both at retail:
CHNR looks better, more dressy/elegant BLRO has better value, investment potential, more sporty, easier to polish stainless steel |
