Fans of No Date Rolex Models?
My only Rolex models are the SubC 114060 and Explorer I 14270. I love beauty of symmetry and proportion of ND watches.
Anyone else prefer symmetry of ND Rolex model’s over date models? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I like ND Sub, I think it looks better, clean and symmetrical.
I also like Daytona which is no date.

When it comes to the sub, i feel everyone should have a ND version as it is classic and visually balanced. So for this holiday season, everyone gets a ND Sub :)

I love the date feature too much, to me, the watch looks bare without that little window and ubiquitous cyclops!
All my Rolex watches have a date, Daytona being the only exception I put up with because I love the watch too much to ditch it! Nice duo, BTW!

I didn't love the ND, but was offered the 124060 recently and thought I'd give it a try. I do really like the symmetry and also the fact I don't need to set the date every time I leave it for a while without wear!

No date does have a beautiful symmetry, wasn’t overly keen on the cyclops but as offered the Bluesy I took it and now ok with it, would be nice to have no date options across the a Sub range ( I might get shot down for that statement, only a thought) but I suppose the Black is one for the purists/traditionalists.

I am gradually working toward a 100% no-date collection. My only Rolex currently is a 39mm Explorer and the only 3 on my long term radar are a Milgauss (had both white and non GV black...both sold), a no date Sub and a pre ceramic Daytona (not at today's prices). I have two Speedmasters and am looking for the right no date Grand Seiko to replace the SBGR305 I have now. Two that I am struggling ro let go of are my Titanium Seamaster and Sinn 203 Arktis that has both day and date. The Sinn is special enough that I may give it a pass and keep it.
I know it's a Rolex signature but I simply don't like the cyclops. Sent from my Motorola Bag Phone |

I really don't mind the date on most watches but I HATE the cyclops on Rolex so for me any Rolex ( I have a SD) I own would be a no date watch.
Besides when I suggested to my wife having date night, she went out with the good looking neighbor and left me at home. Now she's a big fan of dates. Me, not so much.

Submariner without date is the best no date watch of all time IMO! You can't get a more cleaner design than this one and yet being so iconic!

I prefer no date watches myself with the exception of the datejust and gmts. Gmts as they are a travel watch so it makes sense randomly the datejust as it’s...well a datejust

I prefer the Submariner look but always feel I need the date function.

I don´t like date complications on any watch, and love my old 14060! Classic, clean, symmetric, iconic etc...it´s all been said a thousand times before! Here's mine:

I pondered this for a while before I managed to get onto my AD Rolex register a while back. While I like having a date complication I just preferred the cleaner lines of the standard Sub without the date.
By some miracle I had the call from the AD and after seeing the watch in the flesh I knew that I had made the right decision for me anyway. The cyclops while being very functional, draws my attention away from the brilliant simple super clear watch face. I'm more than happy with my 124060. Next on my list would be an OP. Will I get lucky and get a call from my AD? Time will tell (pun intended) |

I like both. After a day or 2 of not wearing a watch with the date, I get used to it.
