And the award for quality goes to...

It's a tie between every Rolex I own.

Design? Well, that's very subjective. I could maybe narrow that down to four watches, but it would probably take me the rest of the day.

I also absolutely love the Explorer 1 and the Submariner (but not the Submariner Date).
In a completely out of character opinion, I am going to agree with you on this. The dial is incredible in person. The watch is a minimal design (non professional model) with nothing more or less than needed for the perfect daily wear. Congratulations on grabbing one.

I would count my sub 14060 4 line among my favorite in the professional series.

It doesn't fit my wrist, but the 36mm YG Champagne dial DD is perfect.

As a watch enthusiast, I see watches all the time, pictures and videos online.

It is rare that a watch give me a strong “wow factor” because I’ve seen a lot.

But maaaaaaaaaaan I had never seen this one before.

Beautiful beautiful watch.

Thanks buddy! That picture is actually a professional shot from Tide&Watches, not my own piece, I'm not very good with a camera so I don't know if I can do justice. Here's a candid (albeit staged) shot of my own piece.

Love the 14060, The 5-digit submariners are quite possibly the best combination of form, function, and construction.

Add a green date wheel, a gold winding crown and a nato and I agree with you.

One can argue about and discuss this forever, which is fun, but whichever conclusions one comes to I do think the 14060 Sub must be somewhere near the top of the list! It´s been called the "last of the best". Here's mine from 1996:

YG 36 DD with a champagne dial. Doesn't get any better or longer lasting. Style since 19xx.
