I hear ya.

Since I live in a cardboard box it's nice to see some different ones because it'll be a cold day in hell when I could afford some of his toys which include watches/bikes/cameras/stereo equip/luggage...what am I missing???

So the cardboard boxes are far more in my price range.

BreguetRolex has some NICE stuff.

Not HiFi. When we moved, went from a Klipsch in wall/Onkyo set up to Sonos. Loved my old system.
The new house had some restrictions where the TV was going to be mounted and it was going to be a real hassle to do in wall, so went with Sonos. I must say I do like it. Super intuitive and easy to use, even for the Misses. Actually quite impressed with Sonos.

Show us your hifi stereo system and Rolex~

I am just starting to crawl as they say in this area and building mine. Components are pretty much already chosen, some already purchased:

Technics SL1200 with Ortofon Black Cart
Schiit Freya +
Topping DX7 Pro DAC
Moon 110LP V2 Phono Preamp
JBL 705 or 708p monitors (haven’t decided)

Open to feedback! This fits my wants and needs like a glove. Only considering possibly adding a CD player, but not sure it would get much use.

And to stay on topic here is my watch.

depends on your priorities... do you like TIGHT accurate bass or do you want distorted bloated Low Frequencies? it seems most diehard rap folks prefer the later because of the 'perception' of deeper more impactful bass.

I don't have dedicated HiFi system but music sounds pretty good in my cinema room. I have a Trinnov Altitude Pre/Pro and their Amplitude amplifier together with a few other bits of equipment. James loudspeakers all round including 3 of their Beryllium mega speakers upfront and 4 Seaton subwoofers.

Love it!

Excellent, love the Camp Fire Audio Solaris. I got some Polaris II delivered yesterday to use with my Mojo/Poly and first impressions are they are very, very good. I have a Camera adapter and Audioquest Dragonfly Cobalt arriving soon to work with my iPhone and to fully unfold MQA from Tidal (Unlikely that I will hear a difference though but less to carry on my morning walk), having said that, anything going through the Mojo sounds fabulous anyway.

You have a fabulous system. I am very jealous.

Can't say there is anything to complain about!

I see you have quite the headphone collection, which one gets the most time? I primarily use the HD800's but switch to my HE-500's once in a while (though they give my neck quite the workout).

This combo has definitely surpassed my expectations. The mids are amazing and the highs are no slouch either. Instrumental bass could be improved a tad, but nothing to really complain about

Once this quarantine is lifted and I'll be riding the train again, I need to upgrade my mobile setup. Currently using the 1More Quad driver IEMs that I purchased back in 2017. Thinking Dragonfly cobalt and the campfire comet.
