On the 11th week...
I finally received the long awaited call from my AP AD. My first AP/first PM piece is on the way over and will be hand delivered to me this week. About frickin time! Just wanted to share my excitement with everyone and anyone who cares

glad to hear. congrats

11 weeks is probably about what my wait is going to be for my iPhone X and i ordered it 10 minutes after pre orders opened, so it could be worse. That is just a phone and probably not worth the wait. A PM AP, thats worth it.

Your AD hand delivers to your house? I've had a dealer do this, was very nice to view the watch in my sitting room.

I finally got the watch in hand. I am speechless!! Even with the wrapper on right now it looks absolutely amazing, can't wait until I take it off. This is the first time I have ever seen the 44rg with black subdials and I can say it was well worth the wait. AP is incredibly special and now I know what it means when people say that.

They sure are and the RGs esp, every time I wear mine after a week or two of absence I do still stare at it and admire all the different layers of finishing. Put it on a red GP strap and you get even more visual delights.

None on the wrist yet without the wrapping. More to follow this weekend when I do the full undressing and take it out! Bear with me on the multiple posts in responses..I am on mobile and have not figured out how to efficiently multiple quote in one post

Thank you! You are definitely a great enabler. I was never able to see a RG 44 as my local AD did not have it in stock. It was so well worth the wait. It stunned me in person when I caught the first glimpse. An absolute piece of work with the finishing.

My AP AD connect that I personally know just happens to be an employee. Knew him before I really got into watches and before I got my first Rolex. So when he gets to fly over to deliver, I believe he gets to take a little "business" trip over!
