Seconds hand stopping

Hey everyone, I have a question about my 2010 Navitimer. The seconds hand freezes for a split second 2 or 3 times every minute. If the watch hasn't been run in a while could this be a gear oil issue or something more serious?

Please help

Looks like it smoothed out now. Weird. Hasn't run in a while. Hope that was the issue
