Explorer 1016 Dial

Does anyone know the seller and does the dial look NOS. How is it priced, looks a little steep but very few of those dial around.

the seller has high positive rate of feed back (3124) in my humble opinion the dial looks correct, and quite right the rarity justifys the high asking price.. given time I'm sure other will chip in all the very best

It's a tritium service dial, looks fine to me. Probably left in a drawer somewhere which would explain the patina.
