Unexpected Breitling purchase!!

Went to chat with my AD about Rolex and then try out the some watches. Regarding Rolex he can get me Black Sub date or no date, GMT Root beer, Air King and regular Datejust models; all of which I declined. No Pepsi, Daytona as of now. Then moved to Breitling counter and tried few watches. Always was interested in Breitling Superocean Heritage but it didn't sing to me and I was little disappointed. 42 is small whereas 46 is big. The new 44mm is little bland. Then he presented this Chronoliner chronograph with GMT movement and it fitted so perfectly on my wrist and its so comfortable. Apparently this is the 1st time Breitling has used the Ceramic in any of their watches and whole bezel is just 1 piece fitted with screws. To add further, it was on huge sale as its discontinued model. Thought for sometime and then grabbed this one!

Love the panda dial which is now reserved for only B01 caliber but this one has it!

Blue white panda dial & Chrono GMT. What’s. It to love! Great purchase. How are you finding the bracelet? Comfy?

Yes, its comfortable and very light weight unlike the Oysters. Give the feeling of titanium but watch head is good weight so it compensates! Overall good bracelet!

Breitling is so under-rated by many. A shame really.

Great watches.

Ha, when I read the title of this thread, I had a reflex response and said to myself, "aren't all watch purchases unexpected?" I didn't think it was just me! :)

beautiful watch!

Thanks. But this was certainly unexpected. I went to chat about Rolex and came out with Breitling!

Rolex scarcity pushing many to other brand purchases! Rolex's loss; Other brands gain!

Thank you all - just saw this image on Watchtime app. Even though its black dial and mine is blue dial, you can check the beauty of this watch!

This comes only in 1 size which is 46mm. It wears small though around 43mm.
